The Alliance is governed by its members through elected leadership. A 10-seat Alliance Council is designed to represent large fleets, mid-size carriers, small carriers, and independent operators.

The Council structure is designed to prevent domination by only the largest fleets and to ensure that small and mid-size operators have a real voice in the future of vehicle transport.
