Governance
Member-Led Governance
Every carrier size deserves a seat at the table.
The Alliance is governed by its members through elected leadership. A 10-seat Alliance Council is designed to represent large fleets, mid-size carriers, small carriers, and independent operators.
How We Govern
Annual Member Vote
Members vote on initiatives, policies, and leadership each year.
Alliance Council
A 10-seat council of carriers provides oversight and strategic direction.
Chair / President Election
The Chair is elected by the membership to represent the member-approved agenda.
Two-Year Chair Term
The Chair serves a two-year term with member trust and accountability.
Council Priorities
Standards, certification, benefits, and direct market access.
Member Accountability
Open reporting and member review of Alliance activity.
Council Composition
Balanced representation. No single fleet dominates.
- 5 Large Carriers
- 3 Mid-Size Carriers
- 2 Small Carriers
- 5 Large Carrier Members — major fleet operators.
- 3 Mid-Size Carrier Members — regional operators.
- 2 Small Carrier / Independent Members — owner-operators.
The Council structure is designed to prevent domination by only the largest fleets and to ensure that small and mid-size operators have a real voice in the future of vehicle transport.
